The catalog is a sample book. Checkout writes a demo order: address plus card last-four. No PSO is connected. No warehouse pick. No published Incoterms price list. AuriBulk RFQs open an export-document checklist — nothing is filed with Ethiopian Customs.

When a shipment would be real

• Written confirmation of lot or piece, price, and Incoterms.
• Export documents as required.
• KYC cleared for jewelry, gems, and any high-value precious-metal goods.
• Payment instructions after that confirmation — not from this form.

Returns

No consumer-returns clock runs on a sample request. If a confirmed shipment is later agreed, return terms sit in that contract.
