• Inquiry: name, mail, organization, country, destination, volume, Incoterms, message.
• Shopper KYC: legal name, country, city, ID type, last four, purpose.
• Demo orders: address, card last four, lines. Cards are not charged.
• Device: language, cookie ack, local bag.

Why

To route inquiries and run a prototype shopper file. We do not sell personal data. We do not use this file for automated credit or sanctions decisions.

Law in view

Ethiopia Personal Data Protection Proclamation No. 1321/2024, and GDPR-style principles where a visitor is in the EEA/UK. This is a notice and a request desk — not a certification, not a DPO appointment, not a transfer impact assessment.

Retention

Records live while this process is up (PGLite resets on restart unless Neon is configured). File below to access, correct, or delete inquiry data that is not needed for a later AML file.
